The bill (Reg. No.8209) supplements part 4 of clause 151 of the Land Code of Ukraine with the provision which cancels obligatory consent on objects placement in the event of buying-out of land plots for the use of mineral resources under the received special licenses or mining allotment.
The Committee members focused on the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate. The Parliamentarians deem necessary to specify the grounds for the use of mineral resources which should be connected with the placement, construction of projects connected with mineral resources extraction, oil and gas pampers, etc.
